Black Garlic Spaghetti

Black Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients

Sticky, sweet molasses-like richness with subtle garlic undertones wrapped around a strand of perfectly cooked spaghetti. Sound good? Is good. 

What you need: 

1 tbsp Hillston Black Garlic Peeled Cloves.

1 packet spaghetti.

1 handful Parmigiano Reggiano.

1 whole chilli (chopped).

1 drizzle of olive oil. 

1 tbsp butter. 

1 handful of parsley.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Method

What to do: 

  1. Boil salted water.
  2. Add pasta.
  3. In a pan, melt butter, add olive oil.
  4. Add Hillston Black Garlic Peeled Cloves.
  5. Drain pasta (keeping some of the residual pasta water) and place both into pan.
  6. Add parmesan.
  7. Add chopped chilli.
  8. Stir.
  9. Season to taste and add more fresh parsley and Parmigiano on top.
  10. Eat up!
