Black Garlic Stir Fry

Seasonal stir fry in the most flavoursome Black Garlic sauce. Simple, delicious and speedy for weeknight dinners and weekend suppers.  

Black Garlic Stir Fry

Ingredients

What you need: 

1 tbsp Hillston Black Garlic Paste.

1 bok choi chopped.

1 capsicum chopped.

1 broccoli chopped.

1 handful of mushrooms sliced.

1 tbsp sesame oil. 

Soy sauce to taste.

Optional chilli.

Optional any other vegetables of your choice.

Method

What to do:

  1. In a wok, stir fry vegetables in sesame oil. 
  2. Add soy sauce to taste.
  3. Add Hillston Black Garlic Paste.
  4. Toss.
  5. Season with optional chilli. 
  6. Eat up!
